Description
The OPC Server for the Valmet Damatic XD is an OPC 2.0
compliant server that enables data interchange between the
DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client and the Valmet XD Control System.
The OPC Server provides read access to Valmet tags Communications
occur via TCP/IP to the Valmet Process Computer Interface
Station. Please note that the DD-Connect RTXHDB OPC Client only
uses the read access function to store data on the RTXHDB
historical database and does not use the write access function.
The OPC server is self-optimizing and auto-configuring to provide
easy, efficient, and reliable data transfer.
